What do we do?
We partner with artists with the goal of helping them achieve financial sustainability at the start of their career. We work on their music with them, combine our experience with financial investment to develop fanbases with them, and we take care of other backend activities typically handled by a label.
We are a blend of a label, a management company, and a production team. But don’t really work how any of these traditionally operate.

“I’m an artist. Am I right for you?”
When we discover a new artist, we look for 2 things first and foremost.
A Creative Vision.
A good voice.
Firstly, do you have something to say as an artist? Do you feel like you need people to hear what’s in your head? You might not write the best songs right now, but if you know what you’re trying to do and it’s interesting, we’re interested.
Secondly - can you sing?! You don’t have to be the next Adele, but you do need to be able to communicate your creative vision with your voice. You probably already know if you can do this!
These are essential. But they’re not the whole picture…
Work Ethic.
Artists we take on understand that they are not just creating songs, but building a community around themselves. Songs form part of that, but they’re not the whole picture. You should be prepared to work hard to build this community of fans, even if that means reaching out to people one by one. You may have a job on the side, but we want to know that being an artist is your main focus.
Community and Growth.
We are always looking to push ourselves and are eager to learn, and we want artists who feel the same. We’re looking for people who will give everything to achieve their dream, and want to surround themselves with others who feel similarly. Artist we take on also love collaborating with others. We don’t just work one-on-one with artists, we want our artists to work with each other and support one another. We are a community.

We have one goal. Create music with integrity and use it to build real investing fanbases. Many artists are frustrated with how much time and money they put into their music and their marketing, only to find they can’t actually reach people. Let alone keep those people engaged long term. Or make money. We want to help fix that.
We are a team! We have experience and, if nothing else, we can provide moral support. Everything is easier when you split the workload and feel like you’re not on your own.
We have an innovative deal which is very fair and artist friendly. We focus on honesty and transparency in how we work. To that end, we are not looking to make a profit - just to cover our costs so we keep working with artists.
Finally, we’re building a community of artists, and you can be involved. We don’t just work one-on-one but connect artists with one another and with our network of musicians and creatives. We want to help build beneficial creative relationships and even friendships.
